Rockdale County Fire Department Raises $650
The RCFD raised $650 for our Foundation by selling and wearing pink t-shirts in the month of October.

Atkins Foundation unveils 'Wall of Hope' display at RMC!
Twelve portraits
hang on the wall near the Women's Diagnostic Center at Rockdale Medical Center and
each one has a different story to tell but all with the same message -- Hope.
RMC officials and the Kimberley Chance Atkins Foundation unveiled the Wall of
Hope display Thursday evening at the hospital which includes portraits of 12
local breast cancer survivors.

Young American’s Christian School raises $5,000!
Young American’s Christian School recently presented the Kimberley Chance Atkins
Foundation a check for over $5,300 - funds that the school had raised for “Pink-Out
volleyball and football games. Young American’s Christian School continues to reflect
the truly generous nature of our community. Thanks to everyone who gave during the

KACF Tennis Tournament Recognized ...
The 2010 Kim Atkins Tennis Tournament was named the 2010 USTA Charity Event
of the Year in Georgia!!
Did you know?
KCAF raised and contibuted $90,000 for RMC Women’s Diagnostic Suite? That's
right, in fact, you can see the Kim Atkins Tribute Wall in the RMC Women’s Diagnostic
Suite in recognition for the donations.

About the Kim Atkins Foundation
KCAF is all about the education, prevention, early detection and treatment support
regarding breast cancer.
In our first 2 years, 2006-2007, we raised $90,000 which went to the Women's
Center at Rockdale Medical Center (RMC) to purchase Computer Aided Detection
and Digital Mammography equipment.
